Proprietary RTL Logic

All Register-Transfer Level (RTL) designs, logic schematics, and neural network optimization methodologies published on this hub remain the exclusive intellectual property of TechLexWise. Users are granted a revocable viewing license only.

Technical Documentation

Reproduction or redistribution of our White Papers, benchmarking datasets, or hardware interface specifications without prior written consent constitutes a violation of international copyright law.

4. Consultancy Services & Engagements

Consultation terms are negotiated via separate Statement of Work (SOW) documents. However, the initial intake process via techlexwise.digital is governed by these Terms. We reserve the right to decline optimization audits for neural networks that fall outside our technical feasibility standards or ethical guidelines.

Final hardware implementations are subject to specific verification protocols. TechLexWise does not guarantee a precise Tera-Operations per Second (TOPS) metric until a cycle-accurate simulation using your specific model weights is completed.

5. Global Performance Benchmarks

All throughput and latency data presented on this hub represent specific test environments (e.g., specialized FPGA clusters or synthesized ASIC logic). Performance in real-world data center deployments may vary based on cooling systems, interconnect fabric, and memory bandwidth constraints.

Technical Note

Benchmarks are updated quarterly. Comparisons against general-purpose GPUs are conducted using standard FP16 or INT8 quantization unless otherwise specified.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to the site shall be instituted in a provincial or federal court in Toronto, Canada.

7. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any hardware repository, documentation, or the interface itself at any time without notice. Continued use of the platform following the posting of version updates constitutes binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
